Do I need to create an account?
No. Open the app and start using your board straight away. Your work is saved automatically on your device.
Where is my data stored?
In your browser's local storage, on your device. Boards aren't uploaded to a server. That also means clearing your browser's site data deletes them, and they don't appear in other browsers or on other devices.
Can my team use it?
Not yet. kanban.fit is built for one person because boards live in one browser. Team collaboration is planned for the Pro version. If you need to share boards today, a tool like Trello is a better fit.
Are there any limits?
You can create as many boards and cards as your browser's storage allows, usually about 5 MB of data. Each board can have up to 10 columns.
Does it work offline?
Yes, after your first visit. The app is saved on your device, so it opens and saves changes with no connection. You can also add it to your home screen or install it from your browser.
Does kanban.fit track me?
Your boards stay on your device. The website uses Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how it's used, and board contents are masked from Clarity recordings. See the privacy page for details.
